Support policy

Payment & Refund policy

Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless pre-paying for services or paying by credit card.

Any Client paying by check must pay at the time services are rendered (at pick-up time) or they can pre-pay or purchase a prepaid discount package. Credit Card Clients will be billed every two weeks after services have been rendered an on a regular two week billing cycle. There is a .50 cent per day/per dog surcharge for using a credit card. Exception: Clients paying by credit card, and purchasing a prepaid discount package with recurring billing, will have the .50 cent surcharge is waived.

All customers are required to keep a valid credit card on file. The card will be used for services rendered  if customer agrees to this billing option, or for recurring payments or as a back-up billing option if customer pays by check and  (a) check is returned unpaid for any reason or (b) account balance remains unpaid for 10 days past the due date. The credit card will also be used in the event any emergency veterinary services must be paid at the time the dog is admitted for treatment.

Cancellation: Client agrees to contact Kamp Kanine, either by email or phone call no later than 8 p.m. the evening before dog is scheduled to be picked-up for daycare, notifying Kamp Kanine of cancellation of service for that day. If no notification of cancellation is received by that time, and before actual pick-up, and client is a “no-show” or cancels once we arrive, client agrees to be charged for that day’s service at the day care rate currently being charged.  

Termination of Services: If Client decides to terminate doggie daycare services, Client shall notify Kamp Kanine of intent to cancel within 45 days of last date of service. No refund will be issued if notification of cancellation is not received within this time frame. Client will be entitled to a refund of one-half of any prepaid fees left on account and a credit will be issued for remaining balance after refund. Credits are transferrable and can be gifted. (All dogs must be approved by Kamp Kanine prior to gifting any credits.) If payment has not yet been made for services already rendered, client agrees to immediately pay and settle current account balance up to the last date of service.
