How to Make Changes to Your Dog’s Van Schedule

• Email kampkanine@yahoo.com

• Include dogs first and last name.

• Please specify the exact day/date (please no “tomorrows”)

• Specify which van they’re in. (example: V1, V2, V3, V4)

(If you do not know which van your dog is in feel free to ask.)

• If you are cancelling days/weeks please be clear as to what your dog’s exact set days are that you are cancelling for that week.

• Make sure to be clear if this is a temporary or permanent schedule change.

• Please send a separate email if you have any other questions about Kamp (For example: Billing, Kamp activities, pictures, etc.)

Example of Adding a Day

Dear Kamp Kanine,

Please add my dog, Rockstar Smith, to Van 4 on Friday, August 13th.

Example of Cancelling a Day

Dear Kamp Kanine,

Please cancel my dog, Fluffy Thompson, for Van 3 on Tuesday August 24th.

Example of Switching Days

Dear Kamp Kanine,

Please switch my dog, Sam Bugsby, this week in Van 2 from his set day of Tuesday to Thursday, August 26th.

Example of a Cancel Due to Vacation

Dear Kamp Kanine,

Please take my dog, Gerard Ford, in Van 1 off his set days of Tuesday and Thursday for the next 2 weeks starting the week of August 16th through August 30th.

AND...Don't forget

You can schedule baths and obedience training sessions as well!
